March 1st- Going Home!

Today we got to come home from the hospital. It is so nice to be in our own space again. It seems like we have been away forever. Leaving the hospital was not too eventful. Ella was not a super fan of the carseat but she didn't cry too much. She is so so tiny in the seat. 

Once we got home we knew that Beaker was going to be very very happy to see us. Matt had been home since Ella was born but Beaker hadn't seen me in 6 days. I went in alone first so he could see me, then Matt brought Ella in. We had been sending home blankets and clothes that had her smells on it and it may have helped. At first he was a little confused about what was in the bundle of blankets but he liked her right away. He gets very concerned when she cries.
