Today we headed off to the all church retreat at Bishop's Ranch in Sonoma County. It is a beautiful piece of property surrounded by wine country. A few things I have noticed about my new life as a mom. Ella takes up more room in the car than anything or anyone else. I use to be able to fit my entire life in my car, I can now barely fit what we need for a weekend away in my car. Sigh......
We headed up early in hopes of missing traffic but two accidents slowed us down. We still got there early enough to visit a really cute winery and Ella enjoyed watching her first wine tasting. She also likes to suck on the outside of all glasses.

We also had our first real booboo this morning. I knocked her head into the wooden bench giving her a nice goose egg. All parties recovered quickly.
